Description
A refreshing and healthy summer treat made with sweet watermelon and tangy kiwi, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon, sliced kiwi, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup, if using.
- Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each one to the top.
- Carefully insert the sticks into the molds and place them in your freezer.
- Let them freeze for at least 240–360 minutes, or until they’re solid ice.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Serve, savor, and enjoy your healthy summer dessert!
Notes
These popsicles can be made a few days in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
