Description

A refreshing and healthy summer treat made with sweet watermelon and tangy kiwi, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon, sliced kiwi, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup, if using.
  2. Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each one to the top.
  4. Carefully insert the sticks into the molds and place them in your freezer.
  5. Let them freeze for at least 240–360 minutes, or until they’re solid ice.
  6. When you’re ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Serve, savor, and enjoy your healthy summer dessert!

Notes

These popsicles can be made a few days in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
