Description

A quick and comforting weeknight meal featuring ground chicken and vibrant broccoli with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, allowing the magic to start.
  2. Once the oil is shimmering, add the ground chicken. Cook until it’s browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in the broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet still bright green.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, mixing everything well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over your choice of cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust sriracha to taste for spice level.
