- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, allowing the magic to start.
- Once the oil is shimmering, add the ground chicken. Cook until it’s browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet still bright green.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, mixing everything well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over your choice of cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
