- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then grate them coarsely.
- In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a baking dish and pour the potato mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden on top.
