Description

A creamy and cheesy potato dish that’s perfect for cozy dinners and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then grate them coarsely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in a baking dish and pour the potato mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden on top.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish and savor every bite!
