- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

- 1/2 cup sweet pickles, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooled macaroni, diced celery, red bell pepper, onion, and sweet pickles to the bowl.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
