- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then add this to the wet ingredients.
- Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until well mixed.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
