Description

Deliciously indulgent S’mores Cookie Bars that combine graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then add this to the wet ingredients.
  5. Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until well mixed.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
