Description

A quick and delightful dish featuring sautéed Brussels sprouts with Parmesan cheese and a tangy balsamic glaze, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the Brussels sprouts by removing the tough ends and slicing them thinly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers invitingly.
  3. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
