Description

A quick and easy no-bake peanut butter fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Sift the confectioners (powdered) sugar into a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Grease an 8 x 8 pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add the brown sugar, salt, and milk to the melted butter, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to bubble. Once bubbling, start a timer for 2 minutes.
  5. Continue boiling and stirring for the full 2 minutes—this step is crucial for that perfect fudge texture!
  6. Remove from heat immediately and stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  7. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Gradually add in the sifted confectioners’ sugar, mixing thoroughly until well-combined. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides of the bowl!
  9. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  10. Cover the pan and allow the fudge to cool at room temperature until firm. This usually takes a couple of hours.
  11. Once set, cut into 1-inch squares and serve your delicious homemade treats!
