Description

A cozy and comforting bowl of creamy pasta with roasted garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (any type you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, stirring until fragrant and golden brown.
  2. Add the pasta and pour in the milk, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring to a slight boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
