- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, stirring until fragrant and golden brown.
- Add the pasta and pour in the milk, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a slight boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
