Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring succulent kielbasa, tender veggies, and a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Spread the baby potatoes on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
  4. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and add to the baking sheet. Toss with the potatoes.
  5. Add the bell peppers and baby carrots to the sheet and drizzle with the honey garlic sauce. Toss to coat.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until veggies are tender and kielbasa is caramelized.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions before serving hot.

Notes

You can swap in turkey kielbasa or other proteins, and add extra veggies like spinach or broccoli as desired.
