Instructions
- Mix the crushed Biscoff cookies with a tablespoon of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of your serving cups to create a delightful crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
