Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a sturdy base. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese: In a large bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  3. Incorporate eggs: Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, mix in the pure vanilla extract until everything is combined into a luscious, pale batter.
  4. Pour and spread: Carefully pour the creamy mixture into your prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
