- Cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy in a large bowl.
- Layer half of the cheese ravioli in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ravioli.
- Add half of the marinara sauce on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, cream cheese mixture, and marinara sauce.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be assembled the night before for convenience. Swap sour cream for Greek yogurt if desired. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
