Description

A Creamy, Cozy Delight that combines tender steamed cauliflower with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam until tender, then let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
