Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the zucchinis into thin strips resembling fries.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until they’re frothy.
- Dip each zucchini strip into the egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then roll it in the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
- For baking: Place the coated zucchini fries on the prepared baking sheet and spray them lightly with oil. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- For frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the zucchini fries for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with a low-carb dipping sauce of your choice, and enjoy!

To achieve the crispiest fries, pat the zucchini strips dry before coating them to avoid moisture.
