- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden on the outside.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute or two.
- Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and gently toss them in the garlic butter sauce until nicely coated.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
