- 1 pound Chicken Tenders
- Fresh Parsley or Dill (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin to create the marinade.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange marinated chicken tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and juices run clear.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve warm.
