Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin (optional)
  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders
  • Fresh Parsley or Dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and juices run clear.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve warm.
