Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (rotini, penne, or shells)
- 4 ounces salami, diced
- 4 ounces ham, diced
- 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup grinder salad dressing
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and let it cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced salami, ham, pepperoni, cubed provolone cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced pepperoncini peppers in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together your grinder salad dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour your dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
- Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
