Description

A heartwarming Italian-inspired pasta salad filled with flavors, perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (rotini, penne, or shells)
  • 4 ounces salami, diced
  • 4 ounces ham, diced
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup grinder salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced salami, ham, pepperoni, cubed provolone cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced pepperoncini peppers in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together your grinder salad dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour your dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
  5. Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance for even better flavor. Feel free to swap out ingredients as per your taste.
