Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot, arranging them nicely for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Stir until it’s a thick, aromatic mixture.
- Pour the cheesy garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot, making sure everything is evenly coated with that zesty goodness.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld wonderfully.
- Once finished, sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving to add a lovely touch of color and freshness.
