Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot, arranging them nicely for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Stir until it’s a thick, aromatic mixture.
  3. Pour the cheesy garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot, making sure everything is evenly coated with that zesty goodness.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld wonderfully.
