Description

A creamy, tender pasta dish that’s quick to prepare and guaranteed to please the entire family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of cooked pasta (your favorite shape)
  • 1 cup of diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Once the turkey bacon is golden brown, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until it melts and creates a creamy sauce.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach to the sauce. Stir gently, allowing the spinach to wilt beautifully.
  5. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or proteins. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
