Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of cooked pasta (your favorite shape)
- 1 cup of diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the turkey bacon is golden brown, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until it melts and creates a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach to the sauce. Stir gently, allowing the spinach to wilt beautifully.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
