- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl until blended.
- Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
- Dip them in the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
- Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
- Place the breaded tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed.
- Drizzle warm hot honey over chicken tenders before serving.
