Description

Deliciously crispy and baked chicken tenders drizzled with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until blended.
  4. Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
  6. Dip them in the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
  7. Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
  8. Place the breaded tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Mix honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed.
  11. Drizzle warm hot honey over chicken tenders before serving.
