Description

A refreshing and colorful fruit salad drizzled with honey and lime, perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green grapes (halved if large)
  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (use agave for vegan)
  • Zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruits: In a large bowl, gently add the halved grapes, quartered strawberries, and blueberries.
  2. Add the dressing: Drizzle the honey over the fruit. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and sprinkle the lime zest on top.
  3. Stir gently: Using a large spoon, stir gently to coat the fruit evenly with the honey lime dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust: After stirring, taste the fruit salad and add more honey or lime juice to suit your preferences, if desired.
  5. Serve & store: Enjoy right away or store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.

Notes

Add fresh mint for extra freshness or mix in tropical fruits for a zesty twist. Make ahead but mix in dressing just before serving.
