Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups mango chunks
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine the pineapple and mango chunks in a large serving bowl.
  5. Carefully fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit, coating everything well.
  6. Mix in shredded coconut and chopped nuts if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
