- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons strawberry juice or milk for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just blended and fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with strawberry juice or milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the bread once it’s cooled slightly.
Notes
For added flavor, include citrus zest or mix-ins like chocolate chips. Store tightly wrapped for freshness.
