- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add rice and stir for 1–2 minutes until each grain is coated with buttery goodness.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18–20 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fluff with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
