Description

A cozy and creamy Garlic Parmesan Rice infused with rich flavors, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add rice and stir for 1–2 minutes until each grain is coated with buttery goodness.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18–20 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fluff with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Can be made ahead and reheated, and adaptable with various vegetables and proteins.
