Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
