Ingredients

  • 45 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken broth, olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the mixture over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
  3. Add the diced potatoes around the chicken, letting the flavors meld together beautifully.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are creamy and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, adding a pop of color and freshness.
