Description

Tender bite-sized pieces of steak sautéed in a flavorful garlic butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
  • ½ tsp kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp oil (such as olive or avocado)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Add the steak to a bowl and season with the salt, pepper, and rosemary, massaging the spices into the meat. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once the oil is shimmering hot, add the steak in a single layer. Let it sear for about one minute without stirring.
  3. Stir the steak pieces and continue cooking for a total of 3 minutes. Once browned, remove the steak and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat to medium, and in the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the buttery garlic mixture. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Remove the steak from the pan and plate it. Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with chopped parsley.
