Description

A quick and easy meal featuring succulent sirloin steak and tender zucchini, all tossed in garlic butter for an irresistible flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed steak into the hot skillet, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides.
  3. Once the steak is beautifully seared, push it to one side of the skillet.
  4. In the empty side, add the zucchini slices and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now it’s time to add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Mix everything together and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead option: Prep the steak and vegetables a day in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to cook.
