Description
A quick and easy meal featuring succulent sirloin steak and tender zucchini, all tossed in garlic butter for an irresistible flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed steak into the hot skillet, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Once the steak is beautifully seared, push it to one side of the skillet.
- In the empty side, add the zucchini slices and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
- Now it’s time to add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Mix everything together and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead option: Prep the steak and vegetables a day in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to cook.
