  2. Wash and scrub the baby red potatoes thoroughly. If they are larger, cut them in half to ensure even cooking.
  3. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create a rich and aromatic base.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them in the garlic butter mixture.
