Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
  8. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
