Description

A quick and easy no-bake treat made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a healthy snack any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop bite-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate chips or nuts.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
