- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract while mixing until creamy.
- Fold in the marshmallow fluff until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
Notes
Can be customized with chocolate, lemon zest, fresh berries, or caramel drizzle. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
