Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill or chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 8 slices of white or whole wheat bread, crusts removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the herby cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  3. Lay the cucumber slices evenly on half of the bread slices.
  4. Top with the remaining slices to create sandwiches.
  5. Cut each sandwich into quarters or halves, as desired.
