- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and the breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
