Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream, allowing it to bubble gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked baby potatoes to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
