Instructions
- Combine the frozen hash browns and broth in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the hash browns are tender.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chives if desired.
