Description

A warm, creamy pasta dish featuring golden shell pasta, savory beef, and a luscious sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. shell pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot, cooking until browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the shell pasta to the pot, stir, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting for perfect flavor.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
