- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced pepperoncini peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese and chicken broth; mix until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir until well coated with the creamy sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
