Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss until well coated.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
