Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss until well coated.
