Description

A comforting and creamy Cottage Cheese Alfredo sauce that’s quick to prepare, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • Pasta of your choice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Heat the sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan, tossing until the noodles are generously coated in the creamy sauce.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes
