- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until the pasta is cool to the touch.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, carrots, green onions, and crushed pineapple to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
