- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the honey, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture and fold them in gently.
- Add the flour gradually, mixing until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
