Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to ensure every bite remains tender and flavorful.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft and pliable.
