Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to ensure every bite remains tender and flavorful.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft and pliable.
- Slice the chicken into thin pieces and place them onto the warmed tortillas. Top with chopped onion and fresh cilantro, finishing with a squeeze of lime.
