Description

Comforting Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls filled with creamy goodness and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  5. Lay out each lasagna noodle, spread the chicken mixture over it, roll it up snugly, and place in the baking dish seam-side down.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

You can assemble the rolls a day in advance. Simply cover tightly with foil and refrigerate. Adjust cooking time if baking from the refrigerator.
