- Lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Lay out each lasagna noodle, spread the chicken mixture over it, roll it up snugly, and place in the baking dish seam-side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
Notes
You can assemble the rolls a day in advance. Simply cover tightly with foil and refrigerate. Adjust cooking time if baking from the refrigerator.
