- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded turkey, steamed broccoli, cooked rice or pasta, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, creating a deliciously creamy texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs and additional cheese on top for that crispy, golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is beautifully golden brown.
