Description

Enjoy a heartwarming dish of creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the buffalo chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with additional green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently in the oven to keep the cheese nice and melty.
