- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries and white chocolate chunks, allowing them to distribute evenly.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making a small indentation in the center of each cookie.
- Fill each indentation with a dollop of cream cheese and blueberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, try adding lemon zest or swapping blueberries for dried cranberries.
