Description

Delicious and creamy blueberry swirl cheesecake bars on a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup blueberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Swirl in the blueberry sauce as desired.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and slightly golden on the edges.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars taste even better after a day in the fridge. For cleaner cuts, use a knife dipped in hot water.
