A delicious and easy pasta salad that combines the classic flavors of bacon, lettuce, and tomato on a warm summer day.

- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the farfalle pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and let cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dress the salad by pouring the creamy dressing over and gently tossing everything until evenly coated.
- Serve chilled after refrigerating for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Notes
This pasta salad can be made a day in advance for best flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
