- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot for the perfect sear.
- Mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for about 15-30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on the hot griddle and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add the pineapple chunks to the griddle to caramelize.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped green onions before serving.
