Description

A delightful and easy-to-make Blackstone Pineapple Chicken that transforms chicken breasts into a juicy dish bursting with tropical flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot for the perfect sear.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for about 15-30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the hot griddle and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden.
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the pineapple chunks to the griddle to caramelize.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
